The Australasian wood ducks and their chicks that i posted a few weeks ago are all doing quite nicely and are out for a picnic on the grass near their lake. 🙂

(This was taken as i was about to drive off after capturing a load of shots of them picnicking on the other side of the roadway – Dad guided his family across the quiet street about 10 feet in front of my car to fresh grass on the verge where i was parked.)
Mum takes on lookout duty while Dad gets his share. 🙂

The whole family all lined up for a ‘clean sweep’! 🙂 🙂

They are so pretty! I adore feathered friends – I have quite an obsession with birds in general. 😉

I have some beauties for you…
I have a birdbath just outside the window where i blog/use my PC. I keep my camera on a tripod handy.
I regularly get a few varieties of birds there and sometimes there is a ‘rush’ as every bird in the vicinity seems to want to bathe at the same time!! 🙂
I have my own You Tube channel where i put some of my vids up for anyone to watch.
If you search for MrAuswest in the YT search bar you can see them or you could check out this post and go from there.? 🙂

They always cheer me up! 🙂

Maybe it was because the chicks are nearly full grown, but the parents were far less concerned by my presence this time than when i caught them on the water previously! 😉
