FOTD – September 19 – Nasturtiums

Nasturtiums really are amongst the easiest plants to grow – just collect a few seeds from a growing plant as the flowers begin to die off and then throw them on any old bit of spare dirt and wait for Spring… Ta-Daaaa! – instant colour. 🙂

I took the photo for the dramatic beauty of the red on yellow of this flower. What i did not notice until preparing the pic for posting was the drama being played out just underneath!
