A beautifully fragrant flower as well as a visually stunning one, these freesias regrow in my garden from the previous year’s bulbs every Spring without fail and with no assistance from me whatsoever.
I have them in pure white, canary yellow, lilac/mauve and various combinations of those. 🙂
They may be rather small and sometimes can be overlooked, but with a zoom lens it is far easier to admire their true beauty.

Very true!
I imagine, given the advances in Virtual Reality, and also in the recreation of scents from certain chemical bases, that one day we might well be able to smell and even feel things we take pictures of now. ( We’ll probably have to buy some more cool peripheral devices though?) 🙂
