Thank you Anita! The slight contrast of the trees flowers and the blue sky really struck me as i looked up while walking past them this morning – i had to grab my camera and go back to take the pics.
Weird how the Jacaranda go from dead twigs to full purpley-blue flower and then to full green leaves within two months or so. š

We don’t get your beautiful red maples much down around here but we get lots of beauties like this one – there are 4 in my street alone. š
This was the best example but not the biggest.
