Flower of the Day – December 7, 2017 – Plumbago (Leadwort).

I have two showy plumbago bushes flowering at the moment – a baby blue one and a pure white one. These photo’s are both of the baby blue one but the strong sunlight really washed the colour out of the second pic 😦

The poor bedraggled looking thing in the first photo was the result of a long night’s continuous rain but as you can see from the second the flowers soon perked up once the sun came out again.
