Flower of the Day – February 16, 2018 – ‘Bleeding Heart’ Vinca

It may not be it’s actual name – but i think it is quite appropriate! 🙂

A beautiful Summery flower if ever there was one.

The vinca flowers in the above photo are the same size as the purple ones on the right of the following photo! The pink ones below are the same distance from the camera lens as the purple ones! (Just twice the size!!)

    • Not really sure Carol i treat these flowers pretty much the same in terms of soil, water and fertiliser. It’s probably that the large flowers ( in a larger pot) were the originals and i took a cutting from it and put it into a smaller pot – apart from that they would be identical i suspect. 🙂
