Become intentionally aware of your:
Body.
Mind.
Emotions/Relationships.
Spirit.
Observe them singly and as they act co-operatively.
Spend more time in each, and improving each, every day.
Spend less mental time revisiting past events.
Be more observant.
Be more present, whatever you are doing.
Sleep well.
Laugh more, be slow to anger.
Clear the mind out regularly.
Do what is necessary before what is not.
Develop good habits and eliminate bad ones.
