Bereaved Dad has introduced me to The Weekly Terrible Poetry Contest over @ Chelsea Ann Owens blog.
Yesterday he took it Up a notch and suggested we each give the other a word they had to use in their own Terrible Poem!
Challenge Accepted! (now where did i put my gauntlet?)
Ahhh – THERE it iiiiss!…
A Little Exaggeration
Baron Boris casually enquired, just before beginning his dismemberments,
Of Little Willie in which fashion he desired to be held in remembrance.
“Preferably
by hyperbole!”
(The word i was given was: Hyperbole)
(Given the nature of the contest i was sorely tempted to rhyme it with ‘Superbowl’!)
Love.
Well done

Thanks for the thought, Bob, but I have enough to do with my own posts, answering comments, and reading and commenting on those I follow.

Spero che presto avrai una vacanza dal tuo lavoro… cosi puoi trovare facile seguire la testa e il cuore. 😉
Buona martedi cara.

It strikes me that the superbowl is hyperbole in itself!

Thank you Chelsea.
Would i have won if i had rhymed it with Superbowl?? ;-)… that is pretty terrible poetry?

😀 This week was an exception. Most of the time, rhyming with “superbowl” would be a game-winning idea.
