Terrible Poetry – Pumpkin Spice Tanka.

I’ve taken up ChelseaannOwens‘ terrible poetry challenge again.

This time the theme is: Pumpkin Spice – a tanka, to be precise!

A tanka is very much like a haiku, but uses the format 5/7/5/7/7 syllables in 5 lines.

No rhyming for this one!

(Entries for this week close Friday 5 September, 8:00 AM some weird American time).

And Then There Were Six

“There’s a new spice in

town”. “I don’t want to hear it.”

“and it’s Pumpkin Spice!”

“So tell me what you want. ” “What??”

“What you really, really want.”

Love.
