I’ve learned a very valuable lesson: – Never challenge Death to a pillow fight…
… unless you’re prepared to deal with the Reaper cushions! 😉 😀

Lately I really find grim reaper cartoons especially hilarious. I saw one with the Grim Reaper in the background while the guy in front is using hand sanitizer. I usually do not analyze cartoons, but with this one I can’t help thinking about how so much of what we do is exactly deeply connected to this fact of life.

Us humans mostly seem to have intentional ‘blindness’ when it comes to death! Strange seeing as how the Reaper comes for each and every one of us sooner or later… but it’s not a bad idea to try and put it off for as long as practicable i guess? 😉
Thanks Carol. 🙂

I love Death in the DiscWorld series.

Not actually read any of those (despite being a keen Sci-fi, Fantasy buff in my earlier days)… so how is Death different in the books?

He is a bit of a family guy. Has hobbies. Has humour. Has a home. You should read them. Pratchett is funny but it’s his imagination which holds no limitations.

I probably should.
As Gag Halfrunt (Zaphod Beeblebrox’s psychiatrist) might say: ” Death… he’s just zis guy, you know??” 🙂
