Pool Party!

When the temperature is reaching 38 degrees C what’s better than a dip in the pool? 🙂

Willie Wagtail hogged most of the pool but left a little water for the New Holland Honeyeater and his smaller mate the Brown Honeyeater.

  1. That honeyeater is gorgeous. He reminds me of some warbler I saw recently when I visited my sister in Florida. It took me a while to convert 38 degrees to Fahrenheit. That’s hot! Please send of that hot air our way. We are feeling the results of the polar vortex in my neck of the woods! 🙂

    • You guys are about as far below freezing as we are above it??? I hope you are not going to be running anywhere outside any time soon?? 😉
The honeyeater was on his own this time, but they are usually found in packs of up to 10 birds around the birdbath! I love their antics as they play games with each other. 🙂
