Welcome to PTFTD, a (semi-)regular feature on my blog. Each (ideally daily) post I will raise a topic for consideration that may hopefully give you pause for some serious, or not-so-serious contemplation throughout your day/night/week/life.
It’s as much for my personal benefit as anyone else’s who may find it of interest, as we all try to figure out just what life is all about and what on Earth we are all doing here or to each other?
Today’s Thought:
We all live independently within the same physical world, but every single one of us experiences it in such a way as to make it Unique to us.
We live in a multi-universe simultaneously along with all other beings.
It is our mind that determines what is, and is not, possible for each of us – we ‘are’ as we believe we are at any point in time. Our mind imprisons us in a world of it’s own making that exists within the real world we all share. Some prisons may seem so large and open as to not be a prison at all, others are so restrictive they prevent almost all movement – even growth. The freer our mind is from it’s own restrictions the freer we can all live our lives – achieving both individually and as a species, what might once have been considered ‘Impossible’.
You have within you the keys to all the locks of all the ‘cells’ of your own mind.
How many you find and how many you chose to use, or feel comfortable using, is entirely your own choice.
I need to think on this for a while (longer) 🙂
love.
