Those who have heard Tiny Tim’s rendition of this song are unlikely ever to forget it – in spite of the (many) passing years since it was recorded.
Which is why it sprung to mind as i was reviewing the photo’s i took of this unusual, but most welcome visitor, to my garden last week. 🙂

He’s an Australian White Ibis – a relative of Pelicans! (But just a tad smaller.) 🙂
He seemed to enjoy the bugs and beetles in the grass – it must have been lunchtime?
