Since You Asked…

I Really Care

I personally believe the comment was intended as a statement to those who choose to criticise The First Lady of the USA (currently) for what she wears and not, as Donald tries to convince us, that she’s buying into his attack on ‘Fake News’ and those who report things he would prefer be kept very quiet. To me she’s saying: “I really don’t care about what i look like to you or what i wear or how much (or little in this case) it costs… so why should you?”

But having said that she is supposedly smart enough to know that almost no-one else in the known world would read it like that and there would be critics coming out of the woodwork and this just gives them more ammunition to shoot with… and they will be shooting her down while hoping to maybe wing the Pres.

So Mrs Trump – since you asked the question:

dont care

YES!!!    I REALLY do Care!

I care with the whole of my heart, with love and with good reason, for that is what I believe everyone must do.

We are to Care WHOLEHEARTEDLY, never half-heartedly or just for ‘show’, without truly meaning it: we are not to ‘fake’ it either  – you either show and mean that you care or you are lying – to yourself and to the entire world.

And lets be perfectly clear what the word ‘Care’ means:

care: noun
the provision of what is necessary for the health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of someone or something.
“the care of the elderly”

protective custody or guardianship provided by a local authority for children whose parents are dead or unable to look after them properly.
“she was taken into care>”

serious attention or consideration applied to doing something correctly or to avoid damage or risk.
“he planned his departure with great care”

Care: verb

an object of concern or attention.

feel concern or interest; attach importance to something.
“they don’t care about human life”

feel affection or liking.like or be willing to do or have something.
“would you care for some tea?”

look after and provide for the needs of.
“he has numerous animals to care for”

It is important, not only that we care, but how we care and what we care about:  only ourselves? – or ALL others?

love.

  1. I have trouble believe that anyone in her position could be that stupid but i can only guess the amount of pressure she is under … and whether or not her English is good enough to understand the inflection. I hope it wasn’t intentional because i’d like to think that SOMEONE in DC isn’t both cruel AND stupid. Either is bad enough but both is too much to bear.

    • We can be very thankful that we are not the ones who have to bear that (those) burdens, stupidity and cruelty, ourselves… and can pray that we have the strength to bear the burdens those who do may then place upon us – if we so ‘choose’ (or are forced somehow) to accept them.

      God is within you! ❤
