The white-faced Heron looks like our little white egret, but grayer. They are all closely related, I think. Now your cormorants look exactly like OUR cormorants, so I have to assume that these are universal birds blown throughout the world on the wind. They really eat a LOT of fish, so the fisherman really don’t like them. Neither do other fish-eating creatures. Cormorants are a bottomless pit for fish consumption!
