Flower of the Day – September 18, 2017 – Australian Climbing Bluebell (Billardiera fusiformis Labill)

Continuing the ‘B’ theme again this week, Blue Bluebells 🙂

Not a super showy plant as they have few flowers on long, very sparse, spindly vines that creep along the ground or climb onto other bushy plants or trees. But close up – they are wonderful as i’m sure you will agree. Flower is about 2 cm or 3/4 inch across.
