Six weeks to go before the Spring Equinox but my Daffodils haven’t got a calendar – obviously! 😉

Cee’s Flower of the Day – August 10, 2017 – Annabell Hydrangea

    • Hi Amor, Trumpets corny?? No Way – that’s what i reckon too! 🙂

Our winter here gets ‘cold’ ( for us) but rarely if ever drops to freezing point but the flowers definitely did not read the memo about winter starting 2 months ago.

      Thanks for dropping by! 🙂

  1. Sooo beautiful!!. I love the contrast of the colours and the little small piece of the flower which stands out (excuse my English, I’m a German native… still working hard on that grammar and spelling)…. Will be back later 🙂

    • Thank you Finja! 🙂

Feel free to browse around my blog – i try to have something for everyone to enjoy ( hopefully) 😉

The daffodil is beautiful – i love how it can look like a trumpet with the central tube shape. The bit inside the trumpet are it’s reproductive organs – a central pistil surrounded by several stamen. ( For your English language lesson for Tuesday! 😉 )
