Cee’s Flower of the Day – April 14, 2017 – Sunflowers
Many of us choose to believe Nature is miraculous, particularly, i should think, those who have seen the Awesome shots shared by many through Cee’s Photography blog!
On this Friday when many celebrate one particular Miracle, my photo of the day (taken today) could easily be taken by some of those same people as perhaps the latest in a whole bunch of weeping or bleeding miracles.
It is not apparent when you look at it in this form, (unless your eyesight is greatly better than mine – which would not be hard!) but if you click on the pic and enlarge it (and look carefully) you can see the Hoya weeping tears. And no, they are not water droplets or dew. This was taken around 11:00 am on a warm autumn day with barely a cloud in the bright blue sky and a temp around 25 C. It has not rained once here in the last 18 days! No watering had been done recently and there was no moisture on the ground or on the rest of the plant or butterflies.
The flower wept (or, as some might say: perspired). In my mind this flower is truly miraculous. 😉
Happy Good Friday! 🙂
love.
Have a wonderful weekend. 😀
